Bachelet Monnot Puligny Montrachet 2020 (BH91)

Pale lemon colour. This has a beautifully perfumed nose, floral in a way that too many no longer are. The Bachelet-Monnot 2020 Puligny has exquisite balance, finishing on the pure minerality. A near perfect example, the balance is impeccable and so is the persistence.

A markedly more floral-suffused nose offers up notes of fresh white orchard fruit and subtle spice wisps. The delicious, racy and finer medium-bodied flavors possess slightly better depth along with much better persistence. Worth considering.
